Build color. The wave breaks it.

BLOOMWAVE is a neon puzzle where the music stacks up. Place pieces to build 2×2 squares of one color, and every few beats a wave spreads out from the center of the board and detonates them. Breaking is the wave's job. Yours is deciding what to build and where.

■ A game about building

• Drag one of the three pieces from the tray onto the board
• Pieces do not rotate — this is about placement, not about spinning things quickly
• Any empty spot works, even mid-air. Blocks fall only while a wave is passing
• So you can build in mid-air, then have it drop into place when the blocks below break. That is how chains are made

■ The music stacks up

Play well and the meter fills; fill the meter and another instrument joins.

A board that started with just a beat picks up percussion, then bass, then melody and harmony until the whole band is playing. Keep it up and those same instruments thicken. The visuals climb the same ladder — the board pulses on the beat, light sweeps across it, an aurora drifts behind it.

Play badly and it thins out again. Not for standing still, though: the meter only drops when a wave passes with nothing to break.

■ Every track plays differently

Each track has its own BPM and genre, and the wave arrives at a different interval. You start with two and unlock the rest by playing. Locked tracks can be previewed in their full arrangement right from the list.

■ Daily Challenge

The piece order is built from the date, so everyone gets the same pieces that day. Play it as many times as you like — your best score for the day is what sticks.

■ Made to be comfortable

• Reduce Flashing — lowers the intensity of the beat flash and lengthens its falloff. Offered on first launch, and in Settings any time
• High Contrast — the two colors never change between tracks, and one carries a center marker. Never color alone
• Light Mode — trims the glow effects to hold the frame rate on older devices
• Calibrate — corrects audio latency for your device and headphones. Recommended if you use wireless earbuds
• English and Korean
