LiveTrack is for customers of companies using Magaya Software for their logistics operations. It can be used as a full logistics portal, or just for quick tracking without login.
LiveTrack only works with Magaya version 11 or more recent! The app will detect and let you know should you try to connect to an older version. If that happens, you or your logistics partner should contact Magaya for help with updating the system.
Is this app for me?
The answer is YES if the following applies to you:
1. Are you already using LiveTrack on the web? Great! Simply enter your logistics partner's 5-digit Company ID to connect. Your username and password are the same as in the web version. Hint: The partner's Company ID is displayed in your LiveTrack web portal by the company name.
2. Are you a customer of Magaya looking to improve customer service? Eliminate emails and phone calls by giving your customers visibility whenever they need it with LiveTrack - the tracking app and logistics portal integrated into Magaya's software products.
