This app probably opens once every 10 tries. That's can be frustrating to someone when they're trying to track their shipment. When you actually get to access the app, its great! You get to see all your information and your charges before hand . Something MUST be done about the time the app takes to launch. Its very annoying. Btw, Jetbox is my shipping provider so idk if my issues are as a result of that.

I can't even sign in. They keep telling me check my credentials but when I sign into the shipping company online, I'm able to log in with the same username and password. It's very frustrating.

This app seldom opens on the first go, it always say application error. I have to close and open multiple times before it opens properly. Only using it because my freight forwarder use it for tracking.
