Ratings and reviews

App is 100% pointless even when it works (which is rare). You login to the app and click on a med from the history, instead of starting an order, it opens their website in your browser where you must sign in again. After the "download our app" page you must select your prescription from the list again and then go through the whole checkout process. Each and every refill goes through this entire process again. I suggesJust use their slow, clunky website and save yourself some of the frustration.

App is useless, doesn't load up no matter what you do or try. Always worked for me on my Android, now it's been two months of issues. Web support admits they have issues on their side but can't tell you when they will be corrected. Don't waste your time installing!!

Kudos to the support team! After initially not being able to access my account after the update from MagellanRx to PrescriptionHub, I reached out to support with my issue. They investigated the issue, identified the cause, and deployed a fix. I am now able to access my account and manage my prescriptions again! Thank you!
