Level 119 is genuinely impossible without using power ups or watching an ad. There is literally only a few things you can do and you will always fail. I hope this is an oversight and not intentional.

Really enjoying this at the minute, the graphics are good and not wishy washy, a bit more variation would be nice and a lot less adds, as I'm not prepared to pay I'm forced to watch but they're so long. no need for 90 seconds of ads, I'll get bored soon if it doesn't change and I'll move on, but for the time being it's a good distraction

I have played another water sort game, and it didn't accept splitting an existing amount from another bottle. eg. a half would not fit into a quarter space, but this game does, which makes it easier.
