App doesn't work!! I actually have some of their goggles from a few years ago and they work well for a while. But I placed a new order , and despite multiple attempts and multiple different phones, the app doesn't work. When I kept emailing customer service about there inoperable app, they kept giving me the same advice over and over; not helpful! I just asked for a refund.

The app worked very well for me. From order to receipt, the process was very fast and easy. The goggles fit perfectly, so there's no need to crank them tight like other goggles. My only complaint is that the fog-free only lasted 2 months, far less than other goggles I have worn. Since then, I've been spraying the Spit Antifog on them, and it works. Great looking, great fitting goggles, that just need a little longer anti-fog.

They take your money, then make you download an app that doesn't work, wasting your life with half-baked software that claims there is no internet connection, kicking you out so you have to repeat the process and then you have to link your order over and over again, getting nowhere quickly. Meanwhile, they have a scan of your face and a picture of your credit card. Repeat.
