Very impressive technology for a mobile app. Yes it does take like 5 minutes. Try changing the angle of your head slightly down. Move the phone slowly. Point at your face from all angles, includes from the bottom and work your way up, not just across. I face a window with natural lighting directly in my face. Don't use indoor lighting unless it's really bright. It works

Looks like the app for Android has serious problems. I ordered goggles July 2019 and was never able to submit my scan as the App kept crashing. Apparently they cancelled my order in Jan 2020, but I still haven't received a refund as of March 2020. After 20 emails back and forth (most of them marketing emails from TheMagic5) I still don't have my goggles, nor my refund. I'd still like to try ordering them using a friends iPhone as it appears the Apple App works, but despite emails, phone calls, etc. I can't get in touch with a real person at this company. Worst customer service ever, but I'm still hoping I'll eventually get a pair of goggles that fit. Maybe they'll actually contact me after seeing this review? One can only hope!

The app worked very well for me. From order to receipt, the process was very fast and easy. The goggles fit perfectly, so there's no need to crank them tight like other goggles. My only complaint is that the fog-free only lasted 2 months, far less than other goggles I have worn. Since then, I've been spraying the Spit Antifog on them, and it works. Great looking, great fitting goggles, that just need a little longer anti-fog.
