The app was great until it stopped working on my phone and I lost access to my nfts. I've seen a lot of these complaints. It doesn't prompt people to record their seed phrase enough or make it plain on where it's located and to make it a priority. It did make it easy to make a pin to quickly access the wallet, which can lead a person to forget about the seed phrase. and when the app stops working altogether on the phone you're using you're lost. Never ever forget your seed phrase. Ever.

deleted and re downloaded the app because of a glitch that caused the screen to be blank whenever I tried to log in. Now that I've redownloaded the app, they are asking for a recovery phrase to access my wallet. unfortunately I don't remember my recovery phrase but for some reason this is the only way to access my account. I've emailed support several times in the past week looking for an alternate way of logging in but have gotten no response. very disappointing as now I can't access MY money
