bought easy magic and once i get the app installed, it wont allow a Bluetooth connection. tried 3 different phones not happy

app doesn't work for the Easy Clone... not happy wasting $$$ on tools that don't work as advertised!

I am not sure if my phone or 2m2magic has the problem, when i try cut the key, the connection to bluetooth gets lost and immediately i can't continue anymore. Can you please suggest what I should do?
