Robo Defense is the ultimate portable tower defense experience. Featuring open maps, upgrades, achievements and nice graphics.

The full version features 5 maps with unlimited upgrades and difficulty levels.

A free version is also available (try it first!).

Free version progress is automatically imported into the full version, should you choose to upgrade.

Atrix: Disable sound to improve stability

Performance tips: If the game is running sluggishly, try playing fully "zoomed in". Turning off "High Quality Graphics Mode", in the options menu, will also help on some phone models.

And the dev team are absolute legends! New update fixes the scaling issue on my S21+ as of 8/31/26. Amazing game, lost count of the hours I've played across 3 different phones. Update. Love this game ever since I installed it on my galaxy s3. Recently started crashing and figured it was the end as it's an old game that hasn't seen an update in years. To whoever fixed the crash bug and took the time to update this game in the play store; thank you! You're my hero!

I've been playing Robo Defense "forever". Every game is different and every game is fun. Love it! 8/16/26 update issue: The top most icons cannot be changed once they are installed / put in place. If you fully zoom the slider to the right, then you can change them. 🤣 I tried all my resolution options...same problem. Now....I am running the latest beta version of the next Android OS. So, maybe that could be the problem?

I have absolutely loved this game through the years. It is a near perfect mobile tower defense game, free from ads and microtransactios. There doesn't seem to be anything modern that even comes close. The strategic gameplay is awesome. There is definitely a grind component, but I always found ways to make it fun while progressing. I've played this game for hundreds of hours, on two different playthroughs. Since I can't find any good modern tower defense games I may restart this one again.
