Madhya pradesh Government has launched the mobile App for registering citizen's grievances/suggestions. The Mobile App is linked to the CMHELPLINE 181 portal of Madhya pradesh Government, where grievances/suggestions can also be registered through Web (cmhelpline.mp.gov.in). A fast and user-friendly interface has been provided for registering and tracking of grievance through mobile phones. Each Grievance will be provided a unique Reference number. Citizen can use this reference number to track progress of grievances, send reminder & also for giving feedback after disposal. After successful grievances registration, the reference will be automatically forwarded to the concerned officer for redressal.

Very good n useful app but lots of Adhikaris r not doing their job properly n complaints r forcefully closing at their ends. No upper level offices r bothered about it n resending it to lower level officials while we reopening that complaints.... until every one is not doing their duties properly such kind of apps r useless.

Have worst experience, sub division doesn't open, I booked a call but never got it, I called thrice but after listening the whole thing they disconnected the call all three times. The sweeper is giving lot of problem by blocking our chamber. Nobody wants to listen or help but just want taxes from public. It doesn't deserve even a single star.

Good application but also there is some problem Like Application is not as much smoother. Both application and website are hanging always. And there is not edit option for editing the personal information of user. By this major problem we can not edit the user profile and address data base wich is very disappointing thing for complaint purposes. Also they have to put other information and options by time time update.
