Just installed on my Samsung Galaxy phone. No problems registering and logging in. Quick access to thousands of current titles and their back issues. Nice clean interface but few features have labels so you need to click around a little to discover how to set your preferred language and to download entire magazines. Although I had instant access to read a title online, it took about 2 minutes to download the file for off-line reading. So far, so good.

worked fine until it didn't keeps telling me I don't have a valid library account (I do) and directs me to a website to update my account. I can log in no problem on the site - all info is up to date and not expired. I can even read magazines through the website. Have deleted the app, reinstalled it, deleted the cache, logged out, logged back in - no library account... and no way to add it on the app. Everything is there on the website - can't update info on the app

I can't even register for an account because it says "invalid barcode" when I put in my library card number. I know that's not right because that's the number on the regular Cloud Library app, and why redirect to this app from Cloud Library if I don't have access to magazines through my library? Useless.
