I have deposited money in the app and I have received a notification about it, but four or five days have passed and the amount is not showing in the app. I have complained to the customer care team. After that, the account is not opening. It has been loading for two or three days. The account is not opening on the app or on the website. I am very disappointed 😞 about this service

Very Disappointing & Unreliable Experience! I deposited PKR 5,000, and right after depositing, the app started showing "Something went wrong" errors. Now they claim my CNIC doesn't match—why wasn't this checked before taking my money? I switched from Al Meezan trusting this platform, but this feels completely unsafe and unacceptable. Fix my account immediately or refund my money!

I did not receive the profit that was shown in my account. I invested 500,000 for more than 8 months. My account showed a profit/dividend of 42,028, but when I requested the payment to my bank account, I received only 8,000 for the entire period. In my experience, a bank is a much better option. Making YouTube videos to promote investments doesn't guarantee that investors will receive the returns they expect. Don't follow, like, or comment on such channels.
