Very friendly and caring every time I'm at a facility. Not so when dealing with customer service via work-at-home personnel. It takes 30 to 45 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered and I get hung up on after they finally pick up. But, I've also gotten very professional customer service member who were friendly and caring by phone.

Probably the worst credit union out there. Buggy app and website. Long wait times for call and drive-thru. Cards are the cheapest plastic I've ever seen and prone to breaking, but hey they can print you a new one on location for $15.00. Yeah that's not a ripoff at all. Stay away from this bank.

It's getting better. If you run into problems logging in, reinstall the app. If DFCU can't update the app without making us redownload the app, then they should tell us in the update notes to redownload the app. I think this has happened 3 times. And the app looks different each time.
