Very friendly and caring every time I'm at a facility. Not so when dealing with customer service via work-at-home personnel. It takes 30 to 45 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered and I get hung up on after they finally pick up. But, I've also gotten very professional customer service member who were friendly and caring by phone.

When I was unable to access the App, the first thing I did was restart the phone; checking for new updates was next. Thankfully, my tech brain engaged and I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. Everything is fine.

It's getting better. If you run into problems logging in, reinstall the app. If DFCU can't update the app without making us redownload the app, then they should tell us in the update notes to redownload the app. I think this has happened 3 times. And the app looks different each time.

What's new

- You can now print transactions from the Transaction Search page.
- You can now print check images from Transaction Details of check withdrawal transactions.
- Updated the format of loans on the Accounts page. Available credit will now be shown for applicable loans.
