This credit union is horrible. They're behind the times in most every way. Even if you choose paperless billing, if you don't log in to the app or online, they'll switch you over to paper billing and start charging you dollars out of your funds. It's a corporate grade tactic that makes no sense from a customer perspective. They're going to switch over to billing you and taking your money at the first opportunity they can.

Just stopped working. Says I have a problem with my internet connection, not true as everything else is working fine. App has been updated but still won't open. I don't have an internet connection problem, as I said, everything else is working fine. The message I keep getting Says to update the app but there is no update available. It has worked great for several years until today (09-27-2023). Hopefully it will work again.
I used to really like this app, but now, as others have stated, it is trying to blame my device's lack of internet connection for not being able to function properly. Making changes just for the sake of change is not always justified by the end result. I can't even log into my account on the MSCU website. Does not look good from a customer viewpoint.
