Unreliable. Does not reliably see check details even when photo is clear. Mobile deposit announces "connection error" and prevents transaction when connection is perfect. I switch to another mobile credit union app and it immediately works a minute after PFCU app says "connection error." Too many errors on this app. I'm using it less often, probably stop altogether because it's too glitchy and unreliable compared to two other credit union mobile apps I use.

Security update that requires password instead of pin makes this unusable. My password is VERY secure. I use a password manager to store it at home. I can't memorize it for use on my phone. I am a woodworker, so my fingerprints change enough to make using them not practical. (Sanding, glue, paint, solvents.) To use this remotely, I have to call home to get the password read to me. To use this in the future, it seems that my only option is to use a less secure password on my account.

The staff is very impressionable and attentive.
