Not happy when changed services and dropped online/telepone banking for after hours and weekends. I was having cell phone problems and just getting hold of a customer rep was a huge chore.

Too small to be of any value. Nice enough people but switching to this bank cost me 100 points on my credit score because I lost Experian boost and all those accounts that had dropped off my report and there isn't going to be a solution anytime soon. Plus with 1 location, it's difficult if you have in person banking to handle. Their "partnership" with other CUs is garbage, expect to be treated poorly. I can't bank here anymore, there's no value to it. And as such it sucks

Ever since the recent update, I can no longer use the mobile deposit function. Being outside of the Portland Metro area, it has made banking with Point West extremely difficult.
