Too small to be of any value. Nice enough people but switching to this bank cost me 100 points on my credit score because I lost Experian boost and all those accounts that had dropped off my report and there isn't going to be a solution anytime soon. Plus with 1 location, it's difficult if you have in person banking to handle. Their "partnership" with other CUs is garbage, expect to be treated poorly. I can't bank here anymore, there's no value to it. And as such it sucks

Mobile deposit takes several attempts until it actually deposits the check. Please go back to the old system where the app would take a picture when it determined the image of the check was satisfactory. I rarely had issues depositing checks with the old system. Maybe consider adding a sample image of a check so users know how to endorse the check properly.

The new update makes it very hard to login, biometric authentication is disabled now, and "trust my device" doesn't work, meaning you now have to memorize your password, receive a text, copy the text into the app, and submit every time you want to check your balances.
