New app won't load my accounts, every time I try it crashes, some nice new features but the main reason for having mobile banking to to see your account. Will change rating if/when the issue is resolved. Edit: App no longer freezes and crashes when trying to load my account.

The old ap was much easier to use. The new ap freezes every time you click on something. I moved several hours away but continued banking here for years with the help of the ap. If it doesn't improve I will need to move to a local bank.

I get what the goal was/is and like the layout and new features, but the app was released too early. Should have been tested further before replacing the old app. It's disappointing to have to wait so long and see the app close out. Please learn from this mistake and do better next time.
