2 stars because app constantly crashes and freezes. please get the engineers to fix the coding. something is wrong somewhere. once fixed will 5 star.

whenever I try to use the app, it says "there was a delay, please try again" non stop. App is unusable at this point.

Customer service has been great. The young man that set us up was a gem. He knew what he was doing and was very helpful!
