CoTEKs can connect with Engineers at Mahindra Hotline Assistance Centers (TEKline) through this app and request for diagnostic assistance. This app can also send video/audio files directly from the workshop floor to the hotline assistance centers.
The app also connects to the library of earlier closed TARs with a powerful search engine such that solution to difficult diagnostic problems can be obtained
