the app idea is good. but too troublesome. especially apply renovation. I been spending more than an hr just to collect the information required. and guess way. in the last step it required login password. I had forgotten and then I go to change password. after update password I need to key in all over again the stupid form. which is very annoying.

The app is super slow. After installing the new app, i wanted to check my payment and also make payment before booking for key collection. However, i am not able to view the payment details (page that shows ref numbers etc). Very frustrated. It's really a "smart" idea to fully depend on a single app to do everything. Also, no email notifications whatsoever. Everything is inside the app ie inbox tray. If the app is unusable then it creates bad experiences to contact and settle via emails and call

I just switched from iPhone to android, and I noticed that I did not receive notifications of any messages from PMO or guest check-in or check out on my android. My husband's android phone also did not receive any notifications even though we have already turned on the notification in the setting. So far, I haven't experienced any issues when paying the maintenance bills and posting feedback on the apps.
