the app idea is good. but too troublesome. especially apply renovation. I been spending more than an hr just to collect the information required. and guess way. in the last step it required login password. I had forgotten and then I go to change password. after update password I need to key in all over again the stupid form. which is very annoying.

Please consider adding a form in the app to request overnight parking. This would make it easier for residents to apply directly through the app, similar to the existing forms for access card and refund requests. Previously, both of these requests could only be made through management, so adding this new feature would be very convenient for residents.

Not owners friendly at all , when submitted my feedback on live it went missing on my feedback case itself . And phone contact only defaults to +60 no other countries codes are allowed. Plus the outstanding payments was not kept up to date, since previous payment had made few weeks back . When some of tenants are not IT savory or languages benefits, why can't the owner assign their agencies to bridge this gaps ??? Ultimately we just want to ensure our payments are made in time for the properties
