My verification was ok for years till level 2. Suddenly they asked to verify again the level 1. The process takes a long time, a week or more, I asked if I can still trade, they said no problem and I transfer money. After few days they rejected and I resubmit my documents. It was rejected again and then they asked to verify the level 0 and blocked my funds, I can't even see my assets. My whole verification process has now around 2 months and it is not yet solved. I really dont recommend.

Pathetic service, if you are not Taiwanese do not waste your time. This is a joke of an exchange. App developer, here is some advice, remove ARC options. ARC is Alien Residency Certificate. You clearly do not accept this form of ID, so why add it to the app.

Notification every hour saying this or that went up or down by what % but app doesn't open up to anything else, i can't do anything. this is the only mith app! sad. uninstalled.
