Player Profile Screen has been updated to include functionality for following connections, unfollowing connections, and retrieving all connections
Followers and Following replaced with Connections
All connections have been included within the chat and lineup screen, particularly inside the modal that opens upon pressing the share button
Swapping restriction has been added (A player can leave the team but cannot join the team he was initially swapped from. He can join the team he was swapped to)
