Could you please clarify the intended functionality of this application? I possess a coupon book, yet I am unable to place an order for a gallon refill through the app. The only available options are to purchase a new coupon or pay for individual gallons. Consequently, I am required to contact customer service via phone each time I wish to utilize my coupons, rendering the application ineffective for my needs.

The recent update has removed the ability to change the delivery address, Why on earth would you do that? I'm a software developer, and I cannot understand why you would even bother to have an app when it's this poor, AND there's no alternative way to order online via the website. Terrible.

The application is getting worse and worse; it totally stopped working from the last update. Employees are on the other planet; nobody is doing follow-up after many calls. and the cherry on top is WhatsApp, which is mentioned on the official site, never answered. Horible customer service handling... It's time to move to another water company.
