About this app

Mailinizer is an AI layer for the mailbox you already have. Connect Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP account, and it files every new message into categories that match how you actually work — then writes you a short morning brief.

AI IS OFF UNTIL YOU TURN IT ON

AI processing is opt-in. On a new account it is off: your mail still syncs and your own rules still run, and nothing is handed to an AI provider. Turn it on during setup or later in Settings — and turn it back off whenever you want. While it is on, the parts of a message the task needs (sender, subject, roughly the first 3,000 characters of the body, and attachment names) go to our AI providers for that one request. Your mail is never used to train a model: not ours, not theirs.

WHAT IT DOES

• Sorts into 50 categories, grouped into ten — Primary, Invoices, Codes, Work, Shopping, Newsletters, Social, Events, Marketing, Low Priority. Sorting adds labels. It never deletes your mail.
• Daily briefing: the replies you owe, the deadlines in front of you, and what arrived overnight, in a few sentences at the hour you pick.
• Writing help while you compose: refine, shorten, expand, translate, or match your own voice. Nothing leaves your outbox until you tap Send.
• Files: every attachment from every connected mailbox in one place — search by filename, filter by sender and type, sort by date or size.
• Rules: your conditions, your labels. Applied to new mail automatically, with no AI involved.
• Unsubscribe: Mailinizer spots newsletters you have stopped opening. If you switch on automatic sending, it can send the unsubscribe request from your account — logged, and undoable for a minute. Leave the switch off and it only ever proposes.
• Six system folders stay in sync: Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archive, Spam, Trash.
• Eight languages, including right-to-left Arabic and Persian, plus themes, accents and density settings.

YOUR MAILBOXES

Gmail and Outlook connect over OAuth, so we never see those passwords. Yahoo, iCloud, Fastmail and any other IMAP provider connect with an app-specific password. No forwarding, no new address to learn.

PLANS

Free: one mailbox and 20 AI credits a day. Pro: three mailboxes, 150 credits a day, custom rules and the daily briefing. Business: unlimited mailboxes and 1,000 credits a day.

Mailinizer Pro (USD 9.99/month) and Mailinizer Business (USD 24.00/month) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Google Play. Manage or cancel them at any time under Subscriptions in the Play Store app.

PRIVACY

Mailinizer is built and run by Axenta GmbH in Vienna, Austria. Your mail and everything derived from it live on servers we operate at Contabo GmbH in Germany, inside the European Union; there is no non-EU option today. Mailinizer keeps an undo log of the actions it takes on your behalf. Deleting your account in Settings erases all of it, immediately.
