mAI Loyalty is a loyalty app with two sides: customers collect and spend points at participating stores, and store staff use the same app to run their loyalty programme.

FOR CUSTOMERS
● Your digital loyalty card: show your personal QR code at the till instead of a plastic card
● Earn points on your purchases at participating stores and see your balance per store
● Redeem points for rewards and use the offers your stores send you
● Transaction history: every point earned and spent, with date and store
● Store map: find participating stores near you
● Missions and badges: take part in store challenges to earn extra points
● Prepaid cards, where a store offers them (for example coffee cards)
● Add your loyalty card to Google Wallet
● Privacy controls: manage your consents, export your data or delete your account from your profile

FOR STORES
● Store dashboard with your sales, points and 30-day performance
● Scan a customer's QR code to award or redeem points
● Create and manage offers for your customers
● Review and approve receipts submitted by customers
● Store profile, loyalty rules and staff access

Some features depend on the store: each business chooses which rewards, offers and cards it runs, so the options you see can differ from store to store.
