I like the amount of detail in the app, and the credit reporting. But I really hate the fact that I can't log in normally. I have to try 2 to 3 times every time I want to log in. My login info is saved into my phone, yet every single time, I have to give permission for my phone to access my account. It would be pointless for me to tell you how many times I've allowed it permissions, despite the fact that nothing has changed. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THE LOGIN PROCESS.

Very limited functionality, inconvenient and subpar compared to other bank's apps. Can't pay bills with an external account without first funding an internal account... on top of that they want a $4 convenience fee to make a payment on the app! Only slightly better than the $10 convenience fee for paying over the phone. The app is about as bad as the bank in general. Time to refinance with a more competent institution.

Be prepared to create all new login details which is ridiculous to do. Instead of being able to type in your date of birth nope you have to scroll through a calendar month by month..... someone like myself who has multiple accounts your going to see them listed weird as well. I have 4 checking accounts and a savings. So my accounts are listed 74 checking, 73 checking, 72 checking, 71 checking, savings.... it should be the other way around which is how the old app showed them.... hate this app!
