Functional, but just barely. It's possible to view and update work orders, but the app is missing some critical features: 1. Users should be able to choose a custom date range. Right now, you can view up to the last 30 days, but otherwise can only view older tickets. 2. Sorting by Type is a must. This is a filter applicable in the web interface, so I'm not sure why it's missing here. 3. Excluding certain statuses would really help. Sometimes, excluding 'Closed' is the only status filter needed.

Hi Luke, thanks for the feedback. We try to balance out having too many buttons and keeping things simple because it is on an app compared to what you see on the desktop version. That being said, you can absolutely Sort by Type, and you absolutely can exclude Closed status, you might have missed those options under the Filter. Call us for help!

Update: 2/15/2026 Auto sign in still not working and have to sign in every time. Some fixes made. Still have to see what work orders dropped off that need to be pulled/reassigned. So far still not 100% But up a star for fast response from Devs. Previous post: App dead after updates. Nothing works now. Was okay, data deleted from time to time in notes. today's update 2/13/2026 has disable app, no work orders pop up. Cache cleared plus storage.
