Maint Vision is the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) mobile app designed for technicians and maintenance managers. Create, track, and close your work orders directly from the field—no paperwork.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Work Orders — View your upcoming tasks, change their status, run step-by-step procedures, log time spent and parts used, add before/after photos, and then close them.
• Service Requests — Any employee can report a problem in seconds; managers approve, reject, or convert the request into a work order.
• Equipment & QR Codes — Scan a piece of equipment's QR code to open its record, view its history, and create a service request on the fly.
• Parts Inventory — Check stock levels, replenish and adjust inventory by location, and track every movement.
• Procedures — Guided checklists and forms to standardize service requests.
• Team Messaging — a channel for the entire team and direct messaging between technicians and managers.
• Notifications — get alerted as soon as a job is assigned to you or a deadline is approaching.
• Monitoring (Managers) — dashboard of key indicators and pending requests.
