I got my machine in January and had no problems with the app. I only used it to get the background image to send to my computer. Now the app (on android) refuses to connect to my machine (m1 ultra). Considering the mobile app is the ONLY way to grab that background image, it makes attempting to line anything up impossible. It's really ridiculous that you have to use a secondary device and software get that image (which doesn't always align correctly anyway.)

Not a great experience on Android phone or tablet. It works but with some aggravating issues. It constantly pops up the tools menu whenever you select a shape in the design so you have to close that down in order to see your work. Would be better to let me open that manually when needed. It's also very difficult to select items without accidentally moving them. My biggest issue is the fact that it opens a workspace for lasers I do not own based on the size of the file I import.

Terrible app, needs a lot of work, at least for android. Connects one time, not another. You have to give up everything to connect, turn off VPN, turn on location, data, and permissions (makes you wonder what they're collecting,) and it still doesn't connect. Now, everything is missing, including the material settings after clearing the cache, trying to get it to connect. Frustrating
