The food is great, but for a month, we have had problems with ordering on the app at the downtown location. For four Saturdays in a row, we have had to call and/or go back to get the order correct. I have been told to call to order, but the first time I had ordered after the opened and had issues, I was told to use the app. I'm going to try on Saturday again, but I may just give up. The reason for Saturday is when I work downtown about 2 blocks from Makeb's.

3rd party app order fee ! I love the food I love the place. But.... I download they're advertised app. They're not upfront with using their app. I ordered three sandwiches and a drink. Charged almost $7 more in a third party app fee. $7!!!! That's an whole other meal in just fees and they are not disclosed ! Don't use app! Go order in person!

The app is fine but untill the store integrates the app with the line satisfaction will be low. The app does not automatically create an entry for the make line. A register operator needs to notice your order on a tablet and manulally type your order in the register. This does not reduce the manpower needed to take orders. It only somewhat improves order accuracy. It only somewhat reduces wait time for ordering ahead and depends on the operator halting order entry for the customers in house
