About this app
Makeo is the first project planning app that takes you and your subcontractors directly to the scene. Whether with or without scanning QR codes – Makeo takes you exactly where you and your construction site can progress: to the task board. Here you update and/or set the status, enter deviations and create new tasks; In the app, you document any deviations in the process with photos and evaluate the quality of the work.
The only app that gives you an overview of construction – where you need it.
Selection of companies and projects
As a registered user, you select a company and a project. If you are assigned to several companies, select the relevant company with the associated project and process the tasks. As a subcontractor, you can process all construction sites controlled by Makeo clearly and separately from each other.
Task board
Project plan and task board give you an overview. Select the relevant project from the list of ongoing projects. And this is where the heart of the app lies: depending on your project planning, you access the created project structure. This will be displayed in the task board for further processing. For each calendar week, you will be shown the corresponding tasks for the so-called locations. Here you update the status, enter a deviation, set the status, evaluate the quality of the work, create new tasks or document deviations in the process with appropriate photos.
Date Picker
Operations are displayed in real time. Using the Date Picker, you can select upcoming/past tasks either on a daily or weekly basis.
Processes in detail
The processes can be clearly displayed; Details can be expanded per process. This means you always have an overview of which tasks are or should have been completed, when, and by whom.
Easier search function
The keyword search allows you to precisely locate the relevant processes.
Concrete filtering
Similar to the web application, you can filter according to processes, faults, checklists, trades, service areas or specifically companies.
Easy navigation
Navigation is analogous to the web app. This makes orientation even easier. With just one click you can access the individual processes.
