This is NOT a review of the magazine content but the app itself, which is awful! From constantly logging out and not using auto password fillers to unintuitive UI and navigation swiping that is way too sensitive, this app is almost unusable. I am SO glad I opted for the print editions as well as I cannot stand to use this app. One star for no ads (but it is paid)

This app doesn't allow me to log in, even though I can log into the website just fine. Very frustrating. I'd like to read these issues on my phone, but to do so I have to print to pdf from desktop and send them to myself since the app doesn't work and the mobile site is constantly giving me tutorial pop-ups.

App crashes on startup. Disappointed that app seems to be be platform for selling more issues of magazine instead of platform for cross disciplinary innovation. I have witnessed the degeneration of the magazine to become a cheerleading squad for Arduino, 3d printers, and whatever the next must-have motherboard is. Where is the maverick "void your warranty and build something new" approach to life? I have let my subscription expire and uninstalled the app. RIP Make.
