Why don't I have the ability to answer back passengers who are asking me a question? I am the only one delivering luggage out of my airport. This means, when I have more than I can do, I have to leave some deliveries for the next day. Your system is so stupid. It is emailing the passengers that their luggage has been delivered when it actually hasn't. Lastly, when hitting the button to finalize the delivery, sometimes nothing is uploaded, but deletes everything that was entered

This app is what I'm required to use for work. We have had nothing but problems using it since day 1. I don't know why the job continurs to use it but.. When it works it's got some issues that need to be dealt with but generally not to bad. But lately these past few days it has made work almost impossible to do and close out orders and possibly gonna cost workers to not get paid correctly or on time because the app went buggy and won't let you use the camera. Needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY!!

Since the last update, I do like that deliveries show up in different colors when getting close to delivery time. Unfortunately, since the last update, the password glitches and won't allow me to log in again until I uninstall and reinstall the app. This happens every time it logs me out, which is every 24 hours, and I can no longer ever read messages in the app. It is so frustrating! If this wasn't needed for my job, I wouldn't use it at all.
