About this app

Read and study the Bible on your phone, all working offline. You open it, choose the book and chapter, and read. No registration, no ads, and no data collection.

Who is it for?
For those who want a simple and comfortable reader, whether for daily reading, group study, worship, Mass, or catechism. The app serves readers of different Christian traditions, without taking doctrinal sides.

Reading without internet
The biblical text is stored on your device. You can read on the bus, in the countryside, in the hospital, anywhere. The connection is only used if you decide to download additional versions, and after downloading they also work offline.

Reading plan for the entire Bible
Choose how many days you want to read the entire Bible in (30, 90, 180, 365 or the timeframe you prefer) and the app shows the goal for each day. There are two ways to follow: at your own pace, you read what you want and the app just counts; in guided reading, it indicates what to read each day, in biblical order. Chapters are marked as read when you reach the end of them. If you fall behind, there's no penalty: the next day's goal doesn't accumulate, and you can readjust your plan whenever you want.

Track your progress
See how many chapters you've read, the percentage of the Old and New Testaments, how many consecutive days you've read, and how many verses are left. Books appear in blocks: tap one to see the chapters read. When you finish or change plans, a summary is saved in your history.

Bible versions
The app already comes with some versions in Portuguese and allows you to download others when available.

Compare versions
Tap on a verse and open Compare to see the same verse in all the versions you have on your device, one below the other. This is useful for studying difficult passages or preparing a reflection.

Color highlights, favorites, and notes
Mark verses with different colors to organize what you read: promises, prayers, teachings, questions. Save your favorites and write personal notes on any verse. Everything stays on your device. Reference and Text Search
Type a reference, such as John 3:16, and go directly to the verse. Or search for a word or phrase to find passages throughout the Bible. In the book list, you can collapse the Old or New Testament to get to what you're looking for faster.

Listen to the Bible
The app reads the chapter aloud using Android's synthesized voice. The quality depends on the Portuguese voice installed on your device. It's a synthesized voice, not a recording.

Verse of the Day and Reading Reminder
Activate the verse of the day notification and reading reminder, and choose the times. Both are optional, and the app asks for your permission before sending them.

Verse Image to Share
Transform a verse into an image and share it with family, church group, or friends, through your preferred app.

Eye Comfort
Choose between light, dark, or sepia theme and adjust the font size to the environment, day or night.

Privacy
Your highlights, favorites, notes, plan, and progress are kept on your device. The app does not require an account, does not display ads, and does not send your usage data to any server. See the privacy policy on the app's page.
