Gestor Pro Clientes is the official mobile app for business customers working with a provider that uses Gestor Pro. From your phone, you can check your account, stay informed about important due dates, and communicate with your service provider easily and securely.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
It's designed for end customers who receive access from their provider (for example, service companies, subscription providers, or account management companies). It's not a public registration app: your provider creates your access and gives you your phone number and PIN.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

• Log in with the phone number and PIN provided by your provider
• Check your account status and associated services
• View upcoming due dates and relevant service notices
• Receive notifications on your device when your provider activates them
• ​​Send text messages to your provider from the support section
• Attach images or receipts when requested by your provider
• Send optional voice messages in the chat, if needed
• View help videos published by your provider, if available
• Review the privacy policy, terms of use, and log out

PRIVACY AND DATA
The app uses a secure connection (HTTPS) to communicate with the service servers. Your account data and messages are managed by your provider through the Gestor Pro platform. You can view the privacy policy within the app.
