Mal is a simple expense tracker and budget planner. It shows you where your money goes, and keeps it on your phone.

• Add in seconds: amount and category, that's it. The title is optional.
• Income and balance: salary in, spending out, and your savings rate at a glance.
• Wallets: separate wallets for you, the kids or the house, with transfers between them.
• Budgets: weekly or monthly budgets per category, with a heads-up before you go over.
• Insights: see your spending by category and by wallet, and over time, compared with last month.
• Recurring: rent, subscriptions and bills are logged when they're due.
• From your bank SMS (optional): supported bank and wallet messages become transactions, automatically or with one tap. Messages are read on your phone, and their full text is never stored.
• Arabic and English, light and dark mode, Egyptian pound and other currencies.

Private by design
No account. No ads. No internet permission. Your data never leaves your phone. Lock the app with a PIN or your fingerprint, and back up to a file you control.
