Ratings and reviews

The new app is a lot better than the old one, but it takes forever to load. I tried loading it on both wifi and 4g, and both times it took a pretty decent amount of time to load. I'm wondering if others are experiencing this, and hope it's fixed in future updates. *2 month update: app is STILL loading very slowly and sometimes I get errors as my checking info loads which usually results in me having to reload the app a couple of times. Because of lack of any updates, I reduced my rating.

I am having a lot of trouble with this app! I turned my card off the 10th and couldn't turn it back on the next day. I tried everything Uninstalled it , restarted my phone, but keep getting the same error message Cannot retrieve information on card. I guess I will never do it again. Which is worse, feeling unsafe or not being able to get your own money,

Previous online banking worked much better. On laptop the print size is too small to be easily readable without magnification and the window is too small in transaction details to see more than a few transactions. On mobile phone app transaction details on checking do not open at all or take a very long time. I have already spent a half hour trying to see the value of a direct deposit.
