The new app is a lot better than the old one, but it takes forever to load. I tried loading it on both wifi and 4g, and both times it took a pretty decent amount of time to load. I'm wondering if others are experiencing this, and hope it's fixed in future updates. *2 month update: app is STILL loading very slowly and sometimes I get errors as my checking info loads which usually results in me having to reload the app a couple of times. Because of lack of any updates, I reduced my rating.

Previous online banking worked much better. On laptop the print size is too small to be easily readable without magnification and the window is too small in transaction details to see more than a few transactions. On mobile phone app transaction details on checking do not open at all or take a very long time. I have already spent a half hour trying to see the value of a direct deposit.

My only complaint is that sometimes it takes several attempts to take pictures of the e-checks I'm trying to deposit. You are instructed to take a picture of the check and to keep it within the box. While it may look good, after you take the picture, it appears with the edges of the check outside the box and the picture needs to be retaken. I had one e-deposit where I had to retake the picture six times before it was accepted. I'm hoping this is a glitch that will eventually be corrected.
