One of the main jobs I need this app to do is deposit checks. It takes a photo of the front of the check without too much trouble but can't seem to recognize the back of the check and keeps asking me to hold the camera steady or to flip the check over or that it's too bright or some other excuse and I have to stand there holding the camera for quite a while before it gives me the option of taking the picture myself. Frustrating if you have lots of checks to deposit at the same time.

Bill pay is not good. It doesn't deduct the amount until it clears. My other bank deducts and shows as "pending." I feel bill pay should be just like using a check book register without having to write it down. Also, when a check is on automatic pay, the system sends the checks without the funds. I think it should be canceled right away instead sending a bad check.

So the app is fine I have no problem with it. I have a problem with country bank itself. When I got my debit card no one warned me that there was a limit on how many transfers I could make from my savings account to my debit. So I lost $40 and didn't realize until a month later. Silly me i thought i could access my money when i want. I wish I went to the bank to complain but too much time passes so I did it here.
