Bill pay is not good. It doesn't deduct the amount until it clears. My other bank deducts and shows as "pending." I feel bill pay should be just like using a check book register without having to write it down. Also, when a check is on automatic pay, the system sends the checks without the funds. I think it should be canceled right away instead sending a bad check.

The mobile deposit, which is 90% of what I use the app for, is very frustrating and usually doesn't work. When it has a problem with one of the images, it doesn't tell you which one. That gives you a 50/50 guess to try to fix it and in turn you might take the one good picture and turn it into a bad picture and you'd never know.

everything used to be great, but now the last two checks i've tried to deposit the app tells me that the amount isn't correct (it is). i moved away from the area 3 years ago and can't drive 1.5 hours to the bank just to deposit a check. i've had this account for 16 years and i'd really rather not switch banks, but this is a bit inconvenient for the occasional paper check that i need to deposit.
