You must be a current Capital Credit Union CU Online user with a password to access account information via the mobile app. Compatible with Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint.

Recent "upgrade" poor at best. Have these people ever had an online bank account? Upgrading over the end/beginning of the month borders on ridiculous. Unable to access accounts for almost 10 days. Notifications are useless - only gives you primary account # but doesn't tell you which account. Debits are credits, in other accounts credits are debits. Credit card use is a debit, then a credit, so both a debit and a credit! No way to determine anything without actually signing on every time. Wow!

Just wish that paying certain accounts (mortgage, vehicle loan, etc) was simpler. Maybe it would be a good idea to include a "make a payment" button with the option of paying what exactly your minimum payment is on those accounts it would be a simpler process. Currently you can only make payments by doing a loan transfer and you have to manually enter what you want to pay (and hope you don't accidentally enter the wrong number). Otherwise no complaints

cant send money or just amount It's useful. You can only look back a few weeks on your app. Makes it impossible to look at multiple pay days Sometimes it forgets my information and that's hard having to look it all up but when it works it's fast convenient and I love being able to watch my money in real time
