Ratings and reviews

The bank is awesome, the app sucks. Have to re-login every time I open the app even though I check the "save username" & "biometric login" boxes. My phone doesn't offer to save the password for this app like everything else, not sure if it's the phone's problem or the app's. I can't water time going through my list of passwords every time I need to check my balance. I would get it if it's just after an update or something but it's every single time.

It's really slow and makes me retake the pic of the check and enter amount every time I deposit.it always matches. After I've already wrote mobile deposit only on it. I know one time this janky app won't accept it at all and screw me out of a check

The mobile deposit function only works about a third of the time. They don't use Zelle, the standard, and it shows with the high % of rejections.
