edit: you have to do it from the bank that has the money. wish that was explained faster to me. seems impossible to deposit money into a savings account without using a check. During set up they linked my bank and pulled money straight from it. But after setup, this doesn't seem to be an option. customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this bank. Depositing and withdrawing money are the two things I need to be able to do, and I can’t.

Good overall, though it's a little slow to load. Also, the routing number is hard to find in the app, which is strange because I'm used to it being right near the account numbers. There's also not usually a physical back button on pages and you have to just hit back on your phone itself to go back. Otherwise, decent app!

Decent bank, but app is unintuitive and very glitchy. For example, checking the biometric login box causes the app to say "Invalid username or password." Unchecking the box makes the login go through. The same thing happens when trying to enroll in biometric login in the settings after logging in. PIN login enables fine, but biometric login requires the username and password again and then rejects the correct credentials, and the login prompt there has a greyed out biometric login checkbox.
