I've been utilizing Industrial Bank's mobile banking service for many years. My only complaint as a mobile bank customer is that I'm unable to update my information online. Things happened and I couldn't update my mailing address without contacting Industrial Bank's customer service. And it took many tries before my information was updated. I don't have this problem with my credit card companies or the credit union. I can update my information online or through the app just fine.

I have tried to install this app several times to no avail. I followed each prompt without success. This is a big inconvenience for me because I cannot check my account. The phone line to check your account is not working, too. I'm very frustrated about this. I know the system change was to improve banking services but it seems to have made it worse.

App and website upgrades are great. Please add scheduled transfers for external transfers. Others institutions can do this. That is the only thing missing that i normally use with my other banks... but great job modernizing your online and app platforms!
