Shaadi app force us to take gold membership to chat with matching profiles. After taking membership, the messages we have sent to matching profiles didn't reach them. We contacted the profile by another means and they told us they didn't get the Shaadi message. It's a very stupid thing

Horrible experience! Seeing all these ads just created an account. From there started receiving multiple calls to my number, including brokers, without my consent. One's privacy has to be maintained, without one's consent how can they share our number. In other apps we can check and verify once before sharing contact details and only with our permission, it's shared. That's not the case here. Frustrated and deleted profile. Very few number of profiles as well.

It is very easy to use to connect our soulmate.whoever one or two time searches to another's cities soulmate except the same city but this app showing regularly whatever searched in the past it's should not be happen.
