About this app

"Systemly: Employee" — a mobile application for sales teams and employees of companies using Systemly ERP. The application can only be accessed by employees who have an account in the company's ERP system: login is done using the phone number or name and surname in the ERP, as well as the password from the web system.

Today
• Overdue and due this week customer debts
• Expired bookings and customer inquiries awaiting response
• Warehouse deliveries and work notifications awaiting approval

Customers
• Quickly find your customers by name, phone or code
• Customer balance, sales, reservations and documents on one screen
• Create an order request on behalf of the customer — the request goes directly to the ERP

Catalog and stock
• How much goods are in which warehouse — exact balance
• Goods on reservation: who, how much, which manager
• Quickly find a product by barcode / QR

Cash receipt
• Record the money received from the customer — automatically closed from the oldest debt
• Transfer and confirmation of collected money to the cash register

Attendance
• Personal QR code for the terminal at the workplace

Notifications
• New requests, confirmation requests, messages and debt reminders with push notifications

Security: each employee sees only the information authorized for their position; the account remains open on only one phone at a time; all communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
