YOUR WORKDAY, READY TO GO
See assigned jobs and routes, confirm your work and open the details you need: locations, instructions, files and the latest updates. Know what needs your attention and what is waiting on someone else.

WORKING ALONE, NEVER UNSEEN
Start a lone worker session before you go into a plant room, a chamber or a remote site. Check in on a timer, ask for longer when you need it, and press Get help to raise an alarm straight away. If a check-in is missed, Maliru alerts the people your workspace has chosen, one after another, until someone acknowledges it.

THE OFFICE, ON YOUR PHONE
Owners and office staff get the full admin workspace on their phone, not a cut-down viewer. Dashboard, jobs, schedule, defects, fleet and commercial records are laid out to read and edit properly on a small screen.

THE RIGHT PEOPLE, THE RIGHT PAPERS
Before work starts, Maliru checks the inductions, credentials and permits it needs. If something is missing, you see exactly what, and you can ask a supervisor to decide.

JOBS AND SCHEDULING
Plan work for individuals or crews. Keep schedules, route allocations and job progress connected. Give people the right job information and keep the office informed as work moves forward.

FORMS, INSPECTIONS AND EVIDENCE
Complete the forms your organisation uses, with photos, files, signatures and notes. Capture evidence against the relevant job or record, and see what is still needed before work can be marked complete.

CAPTURE WITH POOR SIGNAL
Keep working with previously loaded field records. Supported forms and evidence captures can be saved on your device and sent when a connection is available. See what is waiting to send and resolve any upload problems.

TIME AND TIMESHEETS
Clock time against scheduled work, jobs or sites. Review your hours, request corrections and submit timesheets for approval. Location is recorded when you clock in or out. If your workspace allows it, you can choose to share your route during a lone worker session you started; sharing stops when the session ends.

VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT AND ISSUES
Access the vehicle and equipment records your role allows. Complete checks, report defects and keep supporting evidence with the record. Track issues through review and resolution.

KEEP THE TEAM INFORMED
Read team updates, acknowledge required notices and use workspace conversations to keep people connected to the work.

Your organisation adds you to its Maliru workspace. Sign in securely using your phone number and a one-time code. An internet connection is needed for sign-in and to send saved work.
