WHY THIS APP EXISTS
Mallorca's property market is fragmented. Many homes only ever appear on one agency's own website and never reach the big portals. Anyone seriously looking to buy a house in Mallorca ends up working through dozens of sites and still misses things.
Property Guys pulls those listings together and makes them searchable.

If you want it, we guide the purchase from first viewing to handover: agent contact, viewings, negotiation, lawyer, notary, tax and financing. For buyers that guidance is free — we are paid by the seller's side.
Buying property in Spain works differently: NIE number, notary appointment, transfer tax, purchase costs. We know the process and translate it.

Can a foreigner buy property in Mallorca?
Yes. Non-residents can buy property in Spain. You will need an NIE number (Spanish foreigner identification number) and a Spanish bank account.
What is an ETV licence?
It is the holiday rental licence. Only properties holding one may legally be let to holiday guests. You can filter for it in the app — for many buyers that is the deciding factor.
What does buyer guidance cost?
Nothing for the buyer. We are paid by the seller's side.
Does searching cost anything?
No. Searching, filtering, saving and contacting are free for buyers, with no advertising.
