App is genuinely awful. Puts you in a queue with no estimated wait time and won't let you book near (empty) taxi ranks. We were sixth in the queue (after rejoining it after a 20 min wait first time) and suddenly had only 3 mins to get to a meet up point, having just sat down to order drinks to wait it out. Couldn't risk losing the cab when it showed up so had to immediately cancel an order with a restaurant. Really needlessly frustrating and such a waste of time.

1st time I use it I had to wait over 30 minutes. I was 1st in queue for 27 minutes before it changed to driver on his way. No updates before that. 2nd time using. 1st in queue and nothing for over 45 minutes. Gave up and ended up getting the bus. There are no time updates when waiting for a taxi. Just says 1st in queue. Waste of time. Rubbish app that needs a lot of work. I would not recommend using Mallorcab.

I reluctantly review this as a poor app. No indication of time to wait. You cannot navigate away from the app to send a message or answer a phone call, otherwise you lose your place in the queue. We've spent 1 hour waiting only to never get a cab. Would love this to work, but it's very unreliable.
