Malnad Attendance is the official staff attendance management app for Malnad Tech employees and interns. Easily mark attendance, monitor working hours, and manage daily HR tasks directly from your phone.
Note: A company-issued account is required to use this app. Logins are provided directly by your HR or Admin team.

Mark Attendance: Check in and check out with minute-level precision.
Breaks & Lunch: Log start and end times to keep track of daily break durations.
Overtime: Track extra hours logged during the current pay cycle.
History & Summaries: Review daily records (present, absent, late, leave) with monthly summaries and clean visuals.

FACE CHECK VERIFICATION
Your company may require a selfie at check-in to verify identity. Face Check setup is voluntary and requires explicit on-screen consent. Face detection runs locally on your device to create a secure verification token used strictly for attendance. You may request data removal at any time through your admin.
LOCATION VERIFICATION
To verify workplace presence, the app checks your location at the exact moment you tap Check In or Check Out to calculate distance from the office. Location data is read strictly in the foreground while actively using this feature and is never tracked in the background.
PERMISSIONS REQUIRED
Location: To verify workplace presence during check-in/out.
Camera: To capture attendance selfies and profile pictures.
Photos & Files: To select profile pictures and save salary slip PDFs locally.
Notifications: To deliver company announcements and attendance reminders.
