About this app

FoCase Rec is an app that can view, play, store, and share recorded audio files. It does not have recording capabilities itself and needs to be used in conjunction with the FoCase hardware.

Connects to device easily. Able to share downloaded content with several apps. I would like to be able to organize content within the app. No option for folders or tags that I can see. No ability to create templates for content limited options. No ability to upload more than one file at a time. Having said that you get 600 minutes of transcriptions monthly. If you need more you can buy them in chunks that are good for up to a year. Waiting to see how this app develops. A pretty good start

The device is awesome! The transcription and summarization (why I use it) are great. My one ask is enhanced exporting. Evening is TXT. It looks formatted with bullets so nice in app but then I'm redoing much of that as I can't find any way to use an alternative share/export method. I also can't seem to copy with formatting from the app either. Overall excited for enhancements! Quite happy.

I am a new supervisor at my job and deal with calls/meetings once a week. I am also ADHD And forget what was talked about on these calls/meetings after it's over. so I record the conversation with my device, transcribe it, edit a few words that it didn't get correctly, then I asked it to summarize the call/meeting and you have different options of summarization, even a custom option and you tell it exactly what you want and it does it. it's perfect.. the device and the app For someone like me.
