I am very disappointed in the app. As many others have said, it is a pain to set it all up, test it and it works right then, but never connects after. I spent a lot on the M455 base for snore detection. Has not worked one time. I can use the remote for basic features, but no timer on massage, no snore detection so I have to go get my husband's remote to move his side when he's snoring. Defeats the purpose of this app!!

I have to uninstall and reinstall each time I want to use it. One night, while the bed was in the lounge position the batteries in the remote went dead. I had no other batteries in the house. All I had was the app on my phone and of course it didn't work. Uninstall and reinstall again. August 13 update. I noticed an app update. I updated the app and now it won't even pair at all.

The app continually disconnects from the bedframe. I'm still able to use the remote but I always have my phone right there so it's so much easier. I wouldn't recommend this app since you either have to delete and reinstall or redo the whole bed setup almost every day. I always stay up to date on apps so I know that's not the problem either.
